Refund policy

Cancellations: After 24 hour period, of order being processed, we're unable to cancel ANY orders due to them being registered within the warehouse, we are unable to pull the shipment back. However, if you no longer wish to have the order, you will have an option of refusing it upon delivery, or paying for the shipping expenses and returning the product to our warehouse. As soon as we receive the order in either cases, we will honor the money back guarantee. Returns: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. However, as soon as we receive the product, the order will be immediately refunded at 100%!

Change of address: If you wish to change your delivery address, please send us an e-mail with your order number, the current delivery address and the address you wish to change. We can change the address until your order leaves our factory (24 hours).

We cannot change the address afterwards.

1 Year Warranty: We offer a one year warranty with every order. While we offer a one year offer with every order, for the refund to be made your request must fit certain conditions that will be reviewed upon receiving your message.

We recommend your request in full detail. We need significant evidence that your Product has malfunctioned (photos/videos).

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph and describe our products accurately, due to variations in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production accurately reproduces the actual color of the product.

Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material or size of an item. Lost parcels:

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it by ensuring that your order reaches you. If you do not wish to replace the parcel, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order should the parcel reach you.

If you don not wish to replace the parcel we still must have still 1 additional attempt of replacing the parcel regardless before we can assist you additionally. Faulty Item or Damaged Package: If your bottle comes in a damaged package or does not work, we will send a free replacement at zero cost to you!

We understand your concern with getting a working Vitalroots, so we want to give you peace of mind that you will get what you paid for. All replacements will take the same time as original orders (6-10 business days). Change of Decision: We know sometimes you may not want your Vitalroots or decide you do not need it anymore, which is why we offer the 1 year warranty! It is zero risk for you.

If it comes faulty or or damaged or you decide to change your mind, please contact us and we can arrange a return.
